Im planning to buy a unit for own stay / investment (in case if i got transfer to other places in the future) Is it worth for money if compare to buying old subsales unit in jalan kiara 1?

The end of jalan duta kiara near twy project is very narrow. Dont think its possible to connect it with jalan kiara 4

I dont think mrt will be build in mont kiara, plus i heard community in mont kiara against the masterplan of building mrt in mont kiara.. But i prefer the plan connecting jalan kiara 4 to duta kiara compare to building mrt. It will provide optional route out and avoid jam in jalan kiara 3 If government decide to build both it gonna be a major boost to all property in jalan kiara 4

UEM Sunrise is the king of MK what From what i heard that piece of land belongs to uem as well Majority of the land In MK belongs to uem and they sold portion of land to other developers so that other developer able to develop it
