Heard allevia main entrance will be jalan kiara 4. But seem like impossible they can extend the road from imk. The next door neighbour is calling for 2.5m, it makes imk look much attractive in term of investment. My 2 cent

The last plot of squatters in jk 4 in between sefina & inspirasi?
Since allevia price starting from 1.5m i wonder how luxury they will future build the last plot land in jk4. Inspirasi seem like have very ATAS luxury neighbours. Good for invest ๐Ÿค”?

Inspirasi seem got abit benefit from the luxury neighbour, if the last plot squatters land develop in future, really lucky for inspirasi buyer buying at nothing in jk4 even the road also don't have. By reading the old thread seem dramatic.

You still can find those property guru doctor post at this old thread, so dramatic. Imk hot because of the luxury neighbours came in, but it still the only leasehold in freehold area. Thats the concern whether good or bad buy
