Mrt3 might have a station in Mont Kiara as per latest update from Hoh Chin Soon.

Beside imk the kampung land? Imk resident beside mrt railway gonna be nightmare

No one knows the exact location of the station.
In my view, the ideal location is the underground station near the Kiara 163.
Mrt3 is for convenience of public, should be close to hot spot.
Example is station Bukit Bintang.

If you look at Ho Chin Soon map and conpare it to google map, the station is on jalan kiara 4. It has always been on this road since the station was mooted. I suppose jalan kiara 4 is the only road amongst the rest that is exceptionally wide to cater to an underg station and also closest to MK action.

No idea...only know those property zero distance to MRT station the most expensive in oversea..UK, France, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Korea..

The cities of the countries/area you mentioned, their stations are situated in the most strategic locations with lots of developments already matured and also more than half of them are developed countries.

With a station at this location and MRT being a public transport, the Jln Segambut Dalam-JK4 link may be completed for MRT feeder bus operations and better public access.

Can be good for rental. If underground even better.

Property beside mrt really a better rental fetch? Seem like imk owner kena jackpot. The only cons is leasehold here

not every tenant these days particular about the railway noise... some may not even open windows much over their stay there, why bother, key is convenience worth the pricing because you can save alot on car travelling expenses... of course must make sure the line is also well connected to major office hotspots
