Can anyone share what's the consideration on why you're choosing the South or North facing? Seems like facing South you will get pool view but also squatters view too..for North, your view will be block by the upcoming Allevia and you have to bear the noise from construction for few years..

Also it seems to me Block A is better as it is closer to jalan Kiara 4?

I see..then what was the reason for those picking units facing south? Cheaper in price?

From sales agent, the address is confirmed Jalan Kiara 4

So it goes down to whether you're taking which floor which determines the parking level.

I was informed that the completion will be delayed to Sept 2022 which is 2-3 months late than expected due to MCO
