Grossly unfair to say sentul is not doing well. Capers was launched at the glorious timing. Buy what profit what time.

Fennel case... pipu want to ride on the success of the past cases for ytl sentul condo so start buying and hope for the same result....then come the market correction.
Then other developers big and small begin to flock to sentul to ride on the hype... sentul pasar also call sentul (rightful name)....even jalan ipoh like Rica also call sentul east...
Sentul east west still have its own charm for people who appreciates the security, greennery....
Similar to dpc...it has its own charm as well...
