Bcos ytl boss doesnt play golf, same w tansri in EW.

Dunno what inside got pond and lake.

Mind you seperate maintenance fee applies for this park beside yr normal monthly maintenance

Grossly unfair to say sentul is not doing well. Capers was launched at the glorious timing. Buy what profit what time.

Many investors of saffron tamarind enjoyed handsome profit from first hand purchase or some second hand flipper. Now the once profitable and even speculative condo slowly converting into family friendly own stay condo. Owners enjoying the security maintenance green landscape.

For maple case, u will see d price holding strongly at1million mark.

Fennel case... pipu want to ride on the success of the past cases for ytl sentul condo so start buying and hope for the same result....then come the market correction.

Then other developers big and small begin to flock to sentul to ride on the hype... sentul pasar also call sentul (rightful name)....even jalan ipoh like Rica also call sentul east...

Sentul east west still have its own charm for people who appreciates the security, greennery....

Similar to dpc...it has its own charm as well...

If you buy landed in DPC from 2005-2009, you are probably few visionaries that really bought into the concept and willing to pay the premium. Hence you were rewarded generously.

I remember many forumners (even the seasoned) compared DPC to development like BU or SEP.

In any cases, not fair la compare Condo Versus Landed.

any condo sold during the same period elsewhere also achieved similar achievement if not better.

capers....wide range of selling price, from vvip to public, from 5xxpsf to 8xxpft......i very doubtful that anyone really make any money.

maple lagi tak payar cakap jor...launched way b4 2009 bull run, appreciation only abt 100%?

"Own Sustainable Township" Sunway work for it the past 20years..they have brt, good access, many universities for good education, offices/hotels/shops for job opportunities less poor/hunger people and economy grow , waterpark/malls for entertainment, hospitals for good healthcare, innovation centers, waste/energy management for clean energy/water, greenscape etc..how about here for the past 20years icon_idea.gif whistling.gif

DPC can transform visions and promises into reality to their buyers that's why got many die hard supporters..Those pipu empty promises and terrible after sales services/workmanship buyer wil know it and wil get retribution one day cool2.gif bye.gif

I am from PJ but I never ever went inside Sunway beyond pyramid and waterpark...... shocking.gif

saffron tamarind 300% since launched. cant believe it with my eyes even saffron transacted at RM1.25m (over a million ringgit bro!).


capers got pipu make money for those who unload in pre 2016/17. can confirm this but maybe if u invest in dpc make even more money.
