Ecoworld even build park, football field and temporary commercial area to boost up the crowds and business activities, so how about their sentul west park?..D6 and D7? VPed how many years already many still vacant? Spend in promotional activities even better than vacant it for few years right?

Give u a like for Kepong ada DPC, Meru ada Setia Alam..Kajang ada ??? Kerinchi ada ??? Segambut ada ??? Bukit Lanjan ada ??? This proof that is not about the location issues, is the master developer take too long period to develop the area..too slow..the area mentioned above all started at same period, more or less 15 years before..sentul also...the rest completed 60-70%, sentul here maybe only 30%

Maybe you can tell us which location investment friendly now? Dev really need to create a place ppl willing spend money to stay, investors willing take risk to pay money to support the commercial there then only consider success..when transportation, educations/schools, future development there high chance the area will grow faster and higher return..forget about grade a b c d e rating, desapark all grade d grade e rating but their properties at least 2-5 fold prices
