I feels like im being underpaid and there is no increment for my salaries at all.. Should i consider jump ship?

2 years without increment? first of all, ask yourself, have u learned alot of new stuff that you can bring over to new companies that will hire you?

Yup it's possible. You need 5 years of working experience instead of a degree. Example, Segi's USQ.

I used to receive such amount back then from my first job, year 2007. Same job scope as you but with degree qualification. Fast forward 10 years after that, im getting 14k now.
