You got no papers/certifications? from experience before joining and years spent in company, you start once you finished SPM. That is some attractive and motivating salary for SPM leavers.   

Government sector can get so high pay? I wouldn't mind going into government sector too but then it's quite hard for Chinese to go in.

The thing is, Cert is still important as the deciding factors comes from Employers (they are the decision makers). Unless, the skills are applied in Entrepreneurship. I have seen many cases for those without certs or just diploma, they actually perform better than Degree graduate. However, their pay is limited by the scale / system hence no way for them to grow further till they advanced the studies. Cruel but real in many MNCs.

I felt like I am sort of underpaid. Theres no commission & bonus. Starting my mindset was like, just get a job first.. Don't care about pay & earn experience. Now I sort of regretted. I rejected a 2.5k job because I thought this place have better 'working environment' which is very wrong.

Before I jump ship, what's the reasonable salary to expect with a 1 year experience? If I put my expected salary as 2.8k will the future employer shock of the increase?
