i guess the pay range for people who work in IB (Corporate Finance) is really high as per what you mention bro.

Pretty tight as everywhere though things could be done if you know someone over there.

I am thinking of moving to another telco company (Australian) after passed the interview & received their offer with quite attractive package. But somewhow it reminds me of what happened years ago when i was force to resign (VSS) with previous company.
Is it a wise decision to make a career jump now? I cant predict what will happen in next few years (heard that economic recession is happening)

Would it consider to be too ambitious?

Fresh grad already become manager. Have bright future in career.

if u are at big four... getting 4-5k within 3 years is a piece of cake... considering your start up pay is rm3000 or above rm2800.... depends on qualification.... if mid tier firm... then might needed slightly longer than that....
