Guys wanna ask about my salary atm

Job Title : IT Technician
Job Desciption : Doing preventive maintenance CCTV/Server/Network/UPS/Telephone/End user support
Years spent in company : 2 Years
Company : Private
Industry : IT
Employment Level : Junior
Experience before joining : Fresh Grad
Highest paper qualification/ education background : Diploma in Electronic Engineering (Computer)
salary : RM 1300 (no ot at all)
Location: Johor Bahru
Age: 25

I feels like im being underpaid and there is no increment for my salaries at all.. Should i consider jump ship?

i have try to find another job which im waiting for the 2nd interview.

Was thinking about furthering my studies as well but with current salary ( staying at johor bahru etc) would not be enough for me to do so.
