Many people know this, its from a discussion in setia alam forum. I think this is one of the reasons why setia taipan is not doing well. You can see more than 95% of the shops are vacant

Graveyard is part of government land?

If u look at the map, land for graveyard has been marked in grey colour. I believe the different colour coding system is quite clear cut to show the different purpose for each zones. It makes more sense to group the graveyard together, don't u think?

I disagree. Believe that setia taipan 1 high vacancy rate is due to MCA current low population rate. In the past, shop lots at setia impian also suffered high vacancy rate for years during the township early development stage.

Have faith bro, SA north density is higher than SA south. Give it some time & u shall see SA north becoming as vibrant as SA south if not more.

I believe low occupation rate is due to its hidden location.
Unlike eramas...it sits on highly visible forefront...cater for whoever using meru n setia alam residents.

This taipan is hidden behind, u cant even notice these shops even when u passing thru persiaran setia alam.

It will only serve residents of north setia alam which at this stage is very low.

setia eramas currently serves as regional area for meru n bandar bukit raja ppl.. but few months back when i was thr at night was pitch dark..how now?

Believe occupation rate will improve when there is substantial population size nearby. If compare eramas shop lots with setia indah's, i feel the latter were filled up faster although do not enjoy visibility from jln meru.
