first in the line started the queue on Wednesday morning. most of the buyers only joined the queue early Saturday. the end and corner lots sold first.

The big greenery land of community forest just beside the Arundina looks great.
Somehow Arundina seem aim to high-end residences with million2 price.

Not familiar about the Bangi one.

This straits of heron (1&2) series at SEP, Setia Alam. These are in precinct duta, also near to the B.Cerakah forest reserve. Hiking trail is nearby.

Ya, really fully booked in one day. Hotcake like this, can save cost for advertising or promoting.

Got pics of the queue? I really doubt anyone will want to queue up anymore with this kind of prices. 500k/600k/700k still can believe but not 1m.

Those days are long gone now. Especially not for musika which is the worse location made worst by being beside the big overflow pond.

Oic, it's Jalan Setia Duta, inside SEP, near to Arundina as well.
They use same name for their Bangi Project, that's why misleading me, my bad.

I also got same thought indeed - long queue days are long gone now. Surprising got queue over the nights.
Maybe not much unit for this phase, only 50+.
And, that's why I asked in my earlier post - any idea such hot sales?
(You may pay a visit to welcoming centre, it's showed fully booked in their list.)

That's why i called it bullshit. It's just marketing tactics by Setia say booked then later loan rejected unit.

Last time I bought albida I remember need to queue from morning because of the crowd. House 650k booking need 10k also lots of people queuing. Now 1m+ so many rich people meh

if couple or family members share name, sum monthly net income dy over 10k+, can get loan approve also.

If you were to do a jog around the central park and walk around the Musika construction site, you will notice that area is really low. Do that after a rainy day, you'll think twice.

And no, newer launches has been shrinking in built-up size not increasing.

agree, DASH really adds a good alternative to go KL esp during rush hour.. more accssible to Setia Alam "North" & SEP residents...

yeah- PMD side... especially when the lane merge from 2 to 1 going uphill it is a killer.

Pity those living at Alam Budiman. last time was peaceful place, with their pride or premium red brick quality house. Now become short cut of a major township.

how far is jam back logn on the DASH..... as i recall was around the Cahaya SPK area

isn't PMD being expanded now to cater for the large volume of vehicles? doesn't help?

it was expanded a few years ago... all the way up to UiTM/Cahaya SPK area.
to where it merge with the eventual DASH

the portion from DASH towards alam budiman, and futher wasnt upgraded.
