Any body knows what happen to Anggun service apartment by Golden Land? It seems it has been rename as D'SINI Residences.

Already staying in Damai. Just purchase a 2nd unit last week in Damai. It was not listed in the market but never been used before. Eco Ardence out of my budget and also it's tiny for the price and has no gate. Just love the Malaysian gate for an extra layer of privacy and space especially for kids.

Referral gets 2% of the purchase price. I did 3 but all the money I gave to buyer memandangkan the buyers needed the cash for the house purchase.

Seriously 2%? My agent told me Setia's "buyer get buyer" only RM3k. I already have Setia property and trying to buy 2nd one from them. Northern township.

Yeah, SP Setia banked in a 40K check into my bank when someone bought a semi D in Eco Park.

Hi, I'm working in PJ and considering Setia Alam double storey terrace or DesaPark City condo. Budget is RM1m. There will be 3 occupants including me. Which will be the better option?

I work as programmer and my schedule is flexible. I can work at home or office anytime.

It's pretty much a very complete place to stay. From born to death, everything is available here.
I rarely go out of here as I work from home since 2010 and stayed here from 2006.
1M budget, you have plenty to choose from.

Yeah every where also jam. but you would want to jam from Bangsar to city center or jam from Subang to PJ right.
you would not want to jam from SA to KL. there is different btw 30 mins jam and 90 mins jam- daily.

where are they gonna work- most high firm, main offices are in town. Not to say they will and must work in main part of city- just high chance/probablility they will.
where are your friends from, where is the gathering.
well if you WFH or run own business here then it works works for you. this done apply for majority yo.
