Alrdy jual bro..manage to get buyer in 2 weeks time.
but i sell at abit lost, cause i bought at quite high price - RM350k 5 years ago.
Sell at RM378k (fully furnish)
However due to my age constraint & inflation rate, i prefer not to wait, so lost abit consider acceptable for me

There will be a eye specialist hospital coming next few years, so i guess it will be even more "Ong" biggrin.gif

initially do considering Indah 12 & 13 also..
but all the unit that want to sell at pretty bad condition, u need to spend quite alot at renovation.
Those renovated one easily cost u 750k - 800k.

You can survey permai area then as they are still considered new. Although the house size is 18x65, fully extended one is quite spacious for small medium family. Hack away the rubbish bin area if you want to fit in 2 cars inside.

Water pressure no problem and safe from flooding

If 1.4mil should be corner lot with large land area. What price are you expecting for a corner lot unit? 700k?

Ex-Impian 2 owner that swapped house with BSA here due to the soil setllement.
Now staying in Damai.

ByWater is the semi-D, hence that price. Visited one, it was going for 1.3M. But that price for a non-GNG, is a bit too high for me.
And add that bridge across the water retention drain, it will never be a GNG despite some property agent tried to advertised as such.

Initial target price i want is 400k, after getting around 5-6 agent (diff company) advise, all of them having same comment that 380k like that only workable.
Some even tell me 350k rclxub.gif

House Size almost the same. But the price gap 250-300K.
You can use the money to do renovation and do fully extend already.

However, the new launched still overwhelming respond. Guess nowadays people willing to save the upfront entry cost like low downpayment lawyer fee,legal fee mot etc although the price is more expensive 250K-300K vs subsale (indah 11-13)

Agent just simply put price to test market. 1.4M no bank
Valuer’s can support this value at this moment for Cluster Semi-D ( intermediate ) .

But I believe still have willing buyer willing seller.

Sorry to correct you. By water don’t have Semi-D.
It should name as Cluster semi-D.

Their back to back is connect. No corridor at behind house. Cannot be name as Semi-D

In setia alam it self improve, with dedicated lane to Tenby school, problem is NKVE is not forgiving anymore. DASH will only benefit people of puncak alam.

How come LRT is built along side federal until I-City, best if they built along side NKVE - Setia Alam - Klang Central bus station.
