I have been staying at Setia Taipan for 5 years and i can say be it investment or own stay, it is worth

Alrdy jual bro..manage to get buyer in 2 weeks time.
but i sell at abit lost, cause i bought at quite high price - RM350k 5 years ago.
Sell at RM378k (fully furnish)
However due to my age constraint & inflation rate, i prefer not to wait, so lost abit consider acceptable for me

There will be a eye specialist hospital coming next few years, so i guess it will be even more "Ong" biggrin.gif

initially do considering Indah 12 & 13 also..
but all the unit that want to sell at pretty bad condition, u need to spend quite alot at renovation.
Those renovated one easily cost u 750k - 800k.

Initial target price i want is 400k, after getting around 5-6 agent (diff company) advise, all of them having same comment that 380k like that only workable.
