dilemma bro... setia alam well developed compared to elmina, other than working issue, the rest all can be solve within the township without driving far away... elmina u wana do anything also need 30 mins journey at least... lol... the commercial there just too limited...

Oh, i was replying to the post where she worked in Kota Damansara. From Elmina is nearer than Setia Alam. Elmina will take time to develop, commercials are just coming in. Eventually should be self sustaining. So it depends on your personal situation.

yea question is how long to wait.... most ppl bought setia alam because its already well developed and self sustainable for staying... and jam this issue... once elmina reached the maturity of setia alam... i doubt they can avoid the jam issue also... now in the morning the traffic volume around elmina is getting more dy, imagine when elmina reached setia alam maturity level...

quite true. Luckily Elmina got many ways to go in and out and by then i should be retired... However, i hope the govt will extend the MRT to puncak alam with a stop in elmina. Setia Alam got connection to LRT3 line?

yelek... lol... by right now the lrt mrt should have include setia alam or elmina since they both GLC developer... but too bad its not happening as at now... setia alam also have options to in and out... but too bad the population too huge til all options also jam

The traffic issue in Setia Alam not only cause by the residents in Setia Alam, also contributed by surrounding township like Bukit Raja, Aman Perdana, Klang Meru. Too convenient to enter into NKVE from Setia Alam

It relief the traffic load along PMD for sure, but then PMD is way overloaded already
Puncak Alam is getting crowded and PMD is one of their main access

and SA folks would need to go through Alam Budiman as well... that will be a bottle next especially the traffic light.

extra roads wont help le at this juncture... only public transport like mrt lrt can helps... at least u can rest on it while going to your destination and also no need face the hectic jams...

Totally agree with you, only MRT/LRT inside Setia alam direct connect to PJ/Subang/KL/Cyberjaya/Putrajaya can help. Other than this, no way to solve the traffic.

Ya, Setia Alam jam is super now. If u go out at 6.30am, also kena jam at Setia Alam Tenby, setia alam tol and then, the exit road to NKVE. Notorious.

The LRT3 station closest to Setia is Station 17 Bandar Baru Klang near the Aeon Mall right? Wonder why they are not setup a station at SA, since the place is now booming with residential and commercial. Instead, KWASA Damansara has one for future development where the place is kind of deserted.

Pasar Besar Klang in Meru. Nearly completed the station.

Not sure if the LRT3 can operate early than target date of 2024. Else, there's another 1 and a half year of traffic nightmare.

Pasar Besar Klang Meru to Setia City Mall is 8.5km away.....i think not practical

this is 11km away.....from setia city mall.....

i think really need a station in Setia Alam....there is a space for transport hub on the west side of SCM.....
