Its onlly 10m elevation and its closed to factories and relatively near to the cemetery and the medium cost apartments. Anyway these wont matter much if you like landed and like living in SA. |

hi all, first house buyer, nood here. I am looking for a house to stay in Setia Impian either terrace or cluster house. Checked news in the past got flood and soil settling issue. Appreciate if anyone could advise for Impian 5 and 7.
Jalan Setia Impian 7D and 7H was in the news at 2017 about flooding. How is it now? Is it a good neighbourhood? Thanks. |
