Yes, around 2km.

I realised a lot of forumer raise their concern on the cemetery. IMO, the cemetery is blocked by setia permai and flats nearby to it, no way you can see it from Setia Utama. Also you wouldn't be using the cemetery route, unless you are working at those meru factory, eg topglove.

I have stayed in setia alam for 7 years now and I actually still don’t know where that cemetery is lol. That’s why buying bywater unit is ok to me.

Nothing wrong if your house is near cemetery, graveyard etc. Nothing wrong also to admit that your house is near cemetery. It is what it is. No need justifications e.g. cannot see lah, blocked by other buildings lar.

For Duta villa does the developer still have any units or do we have to go for subsales, to be honest I'm getting pissed off by those subsales agent nowadays

Went there yesterday and 24 units are still available at Arundina. I asked why so many units available? Only then they indicate that the cemetery is 100 metres away from Arundina across the road lol.

I dont think there is any developer unit left over, please check your message, you may try to approach the agent i sent to you, she mainly cover SA area

Look through updated website just now, the 'active park' behind bywater 22X70 latest last row, seems really attractive.

So bywater literally named Setia Utama 3 and 4?
