Subsale price are depends on the demand and transaction. Personally think the market value is below 5-10% of the purchase price. Thank you.

No, you can’t just walk in. Only worker or contractor. I so happen to be supplier checking on my product.

all look small room inside. bad design
outside look nice semi d ..you look sound rich
but inside sucksvdesign..

even my inside 3storey terrance end lot masterdom is twice bigger
as bathroom in middle house instead facing outside front or back

Now a lot of developers like to have semi-d, cluster, garden homes with 32 ft width. If minus 10 ft land the size is like normal link house only. Real Semi-D starts from 40 ft width at least in my opinion.

Land getting lesses and developers wanna make the most of it.
Squeeze till the last drop. But quality compromised.
Selling by the name Setia Alam only.

Haha no choice, last piece of land in U13 in the masterplan, they don’t even need showunit for Their landed products still sell like hotcakes

With Setia Eco Park just a stone throw away, maybe they don't want to kill the products there if offer bigger size Semi-D in SA. Different products offering, hence different price of course. Many more to come in Eco Park.

Some people want semid but cant afford conventional big semid especially at the prime area.. So developers build small size semid so everyone can afford.. Its marker demand. Everyone happy with that

I nearly get one unit at bywater.. But after knowing they using pre cast system i stooped. I still prefer conventional brick and mortar construction

haha prime area, with a 10ft land for gardening and better natural light because unit being a semi d. however, i agree unit space not fully utilize. they could have design it better.
