If u have lodged complaint before warranty expires then its covered. You can either give notice to sp to opt to engage your contractors to rectify and send bill to sp to settle or to g to a housing tribunal. If over warranty, tough luck. You can try to earn sp's sympathy which they sometimes give out of goodwill or fix it yourself. Period. Things do go wrong right? even in a bmw. German standards? Life is short to be wallowing.
