I was at the welcome center just now. I think there are still corner units left for the bywater units.

For new launches I would assume they are going to do it online until MCO is over at least. Less hassle for them after all since the staff don’t have to purposely go back to work on launch day. Fully booked in 1 hour anyway when doing it online so it won’t make sense for them to do it the old school way anymore.

How is the mobile signal in setia permai 3? Like adeya, alista row? Moving in soon and currently on maxis but my friend that was staying in permai 1 said digi in the house has very weak signal for ground floor even upstairs only marginal for 4G.

This plenum price of Rm720. After paying progressive interest would set it at 750k. Selling at 800k is gonna be very challenging. So no go.

If its just rusty door frames cant yiy just paint them?

I renovated my house previously. Door frames rusty. Applied good and new sealer and paint for metal. Problems solved. Dont frust for 2.5 years harmful to health. Move on.

i managed to get 1 Bywaters Plenum unit, mine is E1 no.28, i would like to change to E2 unit, if anyone here got 1 not yet sign SPA and wish to change, kindly PM me, thanks

What's your unit? you already tell SA you don't want ? your's is E1 or E2 ?

If rusty frame can repair, normally developer will just repair and touch up. Don't need to replace whole frame.

I worked as customer care with a developer before. Some customers demand to change entire floor's floor tiles even with minor scratch on one tile which is ridiculous. But we rejected.

Get sp to repair and move on . No developer can give u perfect workmanship. All houses are built by foreign workers
