It was yesterday 10am and yes you're correct.. I managed to login and wanna book 1 unit for myself.. Guess what? fully booked at around 10.15 rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Almost fully booked. Left 4 endlot unit at that time. Those 4 endlot units took around 30 more minutes before they were gone lol.

Cheapest from 778k to 1.x million for corner/end lots.

good land size for decent pricing, freehold and semi-matured township and the only unrestricted township in shah alam address... sure kena sapu habis liao le..

Anyone heard about the VALIDUM @ BY WATER?
It should be the next project launching after the PLENUM.
I wonder how to book this project since the PLENUM sold out so fast.

Yes, last and final phase for 22x70.
The reason why they sold out due to pre launch using webinar.
Digital make booking more easier.

Last time the SA told me either end of this year or early next year will launch that phase. They’ll most probably do it online nowadays. Easier and so much faster. Also I feel it’s more fair since everyone is equal instead of who being number 1 in the queue getting to choose first. Like this you can target what you want and fight for it. Though I have to admit i was a bit nervous when my first choice was reserved the moment the timer went to 0. In the end I still managed to book a lot at a location that I wanted and the price is the same so all good haha.

Hi, anyone can advise if Ayu Qaseh property's individual land title issued?

Aiming an auctioned property, wonder if there is any risk in term of transfer the title.

meaning 95% were reserved for malay. So chances are not for you or with additional trouble.

Thanks for the reply. Well online is good for people not living nearby just that worry it's hard to grab the cheapest unit there. HAHA.
Some more if it's gonna launch by end of this year or early next year, the price gonna surpass RM800k for the cheapest unit I assume.
The PLENUM cheapest unit 22x70 intermediate lot priced at RM 778k.

Anything below RM 800k still affordable.

No idea on the price but the SA told me it will definitely be more expensive. For Plenum, there are very little 778k units actually. Even the unit that I got was priced at 788k which I assume is more expensive because it’s on higher land.
