Hello brother, my father's house that was constructed by those local aunties (Chinese Malaysian) and local labourers in the 70s and early 80s are still rock solid even till today, all they need is a fresh lick of paint (even the paint lasted longer than today's paint). Those Indonesians only started pouring into Malaysia in early 90s.

From today, minus 30 years, would be 1988. So your 70s and 80s not applicable to his statement. But yea, Chinese contractors can be good also. Cause at the end, regardless of the contractor, the final laborer is still the same.

you guys nvr live in setia alam..u dont know whats the benefit and comfortbility of setia alam are,you just use cemetery as attack oint only..
*
Yalah. These ppl spend so much time to attack and not buy, and don't stay here. A bit free. Notwithstanding having cemetery, there are a lot of facilities here and business/population is growing.

With more companies moving into Bukit Raja industrial estate, kossan building new HQ, Setia City Mall expansion, 1NIH, WCE highway, completion of Eco Ardence (and ppl moving in). I think Setia Alam still has room for growth and the cemetery is just a very very small issue.

i had a look at the annual report of kossan FY2019 and there was no property with Setia Alam address except for two units at Trefoil.

must be a recent purchase.....but they seem to be expanding big time in Bidor.

I think it's the hs(d) 264386 in mukim Bukit Raja for the office, if you look at the annual report. As the trefoil address also is the same Mukim.

Thinking of buying subsale either Setia Utama 2 or Setia Damai. My house has ppl working in KL. Can anyone advise on

1. Environment in both place
2. Jam from setia alam to KL how bad and how long to travel morning
3. Flooding & soil settlement issue
4. Damai is strata title so cannot renovate right but what other benefit of that area?
5. Security n safety

If you want less issues with soil erosion, buy the PKNS area. Else the rest mostly got soil erosion issues, but if you buy fairly old ones, the soil should have settled. It could take about 1.5 hrs to go to KL and to come back.
