bro... dont think there will be any new route link to setia alam by this development... its just a mini luxurious development... i think direct exit to NKVE would be possible... but to purposely link back to SA macam abit too over for this small development...

the jam in setia alam main road didn't reduce ke after the road expansions done....?

its good that the expansion works... but seems like more populations will be going in... especially setia alaman and bukit raja that side... hope the crazy jam wont come back again

actually the culprit is the traffic light that going to setia alam north,

The real culprit is those playing handphone and not moving cars on time or slow moving when traffic light turn green.

Another culprit, exit from setia alam to NKVE during peak hours, jam before toll. After toll, jam lagi due to only 2 lanes enter to NKVE.

Hi all, I'm interested in buying SP by water homes project. Went to SP welcome center, staff informed the entire bywater homes project is only come with partial fencing on 1 side which is near to Mcd Setia Taipan. Other part no fencing but only surrounded by the water park as natural fencing.

Wanted to know izzit possible owners can request to build fencing? Or any possible way to do with fencing?

Still feel other side no fencing is very big concern to me.
