I dont think this is possible in Precinct 11 as natural barrier is main concept there.

Talking about water park, its seriously out of maintenance and horrible ready. Wondering what is bywater selling point.

The natural barrier concept is alright provided the natural barrier is really separate the outside and the residential area. However when you look at the area near to the Semi-D or Bywater which has no complete natural barrier at all but with the connection of pedestrian way from the Semi-D area to the outside such as the bird viewing place. Outsider is easily to enter into this Setia Utama 1, Setia Utama 2 and Bywater area. In fact, few house breaking in cases already happened in Setia Utama 1 and Setia Utama 2 due to this so called incomplete and poor natural barrier. I think the anti-fencing system is still the ultimate barrier system for totally isolating outsider from breaching into the housing area.

Oh No. I thought it will be well maintained since there are so many houses and residents there.

Besides SP Bywater Homes, any new launch landed property to recommend? thanks

Omg. House break-in cases although there are guards patrol?

I need to re-consider in buying then.

Any recommendation for similar double storey link house new launch?

Few break in case suppose is enough to bring awareness to developer that fencing is requirement. The opposite bywater project price slightly lower also having their own fencing, I believe most of the buyer didn't aware this too.

Occupancy rate is high though with few units left per street. I believe some of them are tenants from Top Glove staff who probably have occupied more than 15 units. It could be 60% owner stay and 40% tenants. What I heard that newer phase one mostly for own stay.

if its good for own stay it should be good for investment.

bcos if its that good for living, why wouldn't rentee rent the place for ownstay? or subsale buyers buy for ownstay?

you guys should stop staying 'I bought a rubbish property that no good for ownstay and investment therefore just keep for own use and claimed its bestest for ownstay'.
