Why spend RM1.1m for the same spec as Arundina Setia Eco Park RM1.3?Arundina is more greenery, fresher air, more spacious and proper G&G. Only RM200k difference, if put into monthly loan no rasa la.

Is that still available? Also do you know how much is the monthly maintenance fee?

But 200k is not a small amount lar, at least 1k a month in installment
