Hi all, I'm interested in buying SP by water homes project. Went to SP welcome center, staff informed the entire bywater homes project is only come with partial fencing on 1 side which is near to Mcd Setia Taipan. Other part no fencing but only surrounded by the water park as natural fencing.
Wanted to know izzit possible owners can request to build fencing? Or any possible way to do with fencing?
Still feel other side no fencing is very big concern to me.

I need to re-consider in buying then. Any recommendation for similar double storey link house new launch? Thanks.
