wrong stragegy.

people that can afford 5++k home surely can afford at least 2 cars....

and 18' you cant really fit in 2 cars comfortably.

I know setia wants to keep the price low to sell property, but they need to be practical lah.......their price is not for mid cost home anymore.......

SP Setia shall remove this type of 18x65. Even 20x65 has little problem to park in two sedan cars. Otherwise, 18x65 should be priced not more than 500k.

Persada is 20x70 dsl, from 649k, bu 1787sf. Afaik all nb quota sold out liao....

Current on sale should be Casira 1 & 2.
