how the progress of decora i excited

Gotten key for my unit but found out that there's too many crack lines on every piece of wall. Is that normal?
Is not really crack but a lot of those "Lines" eveywhere. Will another layer of paint solve this?

SP Setia claim it is the last phase of 3 storey linked house in P11. Is it correct? The design is as nice from outside.

Which phase you are owning? In fact, early phase looks cramp a bit.

By the way, my unit is Edulis. It just got the notification for completion. Waiting for CF now.

Ohya bro. My unit is facing the lake and also facing part of the eternity place. I and my wife don't really care. However, we are still thinking move in early next year or rent it out 1st. P11 currently is still low occupancy.

Air BnB should be OK. We will decide it once CF received.

By the way, Decora floor plan is much much better than Edulis. Damn!

Yes. It is timber strips flooring from the stair at ground floor all the way up to 1st and 2nd floor flooring area. It looks nice though. Each stair step height is relatively low if compare with my current DSL house so you don't need to raise leg high when walking up each stair step.

Back kitchen has no wooden door but grill door only. This is like WTF. Need to get all the Edulis resident to have group complaint.

Edulis. Yes. All rooms are small. However, it is still bigger than my current house.. Hahaha.. no complain. My ideal one is the semi-d cluster but it is out of my budget.

Yes. The interior is nice although rooms are small but good enough for my small family. The timber strip flooring is really nice and looks so up scale. All power switches are good brand but I cannot remember the brand. I like the balcony. We can see to small lake and also the wetland area. Just notice that there are few fruit trees other type of tree have been plant besides the small lake.

The view of cemetery is not major concern except a bit eye sour. Fengshui wise:
1. Main door not facing to the tallest cemetery mountain.
2. My house is more than 1km away and being blocked by a main road and also other development.
3. Tree in front of my house will grow tall once reach 3 storey then it will block the tallest mountain cemetery view.
4.  Have done desktop study about the cemetery as it not severe impact/influence if compare with other facilities such as hospital, high tension cable, funeral house and etc. if your house really neighbouring or facing it closely.

Just that the security could be little bit concern as the area is not yet developed. I think human is more scary than ghost...

The water tap switch is like the hotel one pull up to open water flow and swing right for more hot water and vice versa.
