ppl just want to invest in new house coz they pay nothing upfront after offset with developer rebates
as for subsale, you need to pay 10% (at least) up front, and your loan commitment kick in almost immediately this place is just a frying pan... |

its already lucky to have tenant when it was cf having the whole standing tower looking for same target audience
