Hearsay older phase of Setia Alam landed suffered soil settlement problem. Is this affecting the newer phase as well? Prescint 11 & 17

Wow! Still having this issue. What i saw at Precinct 11 & 17, there is not much of earthwork on the ground. They just clear the land and start the piling and building. Can this safe to said the land on precinct 11 & 17 are more solid? As the both of these land are more toward to the hills...... Just my 2 cents.....
