personally think DASH highway can attract those people that work at PJ or damansara move to SA north, coz it is not far, around 20 KM,acceptable.

6 blocks in overall so per block about 200-300. I guess not so bad since block by block will be completed gradually as time goes instead of one shot.

But i think this will impact trefoil more. Almost similar size but with rooms.

same issue...Bandar Setia Alam needs more jobs !! more offices / factories / education hub etc...

keep on building apartments does NOT make sense...i really wonder who is the master planner for bandar setia alam...

just look at the empty shop houses and apartments at Jati Baiduri...

Lol, trefoil is mistaken identity...... how many ppl shall use such small studio as office..... not practical at all.

The show units also done up as resi units, but sales pitch saying for office use only. Cakap tak serupa.

I think they just want to use the commercial land to build high density resi units for better margin.

The new international school shall have good demand but can't say the same for the apartments built on top.

Think resi units in SA r still in demand, especially the affordable type, not those fancy serviced type.

ya wo. I still remember the show units were designed with bed

office still have balcony, gym facilities, swimming pool and etc. where to find........

Not enough jobs in SA....i remember those who bought Battersea London project got one trefoil unit free. Why? Because cannot sell the Trefoil units...

Apartments at jati baiduri banyak empty?
How many is consider "banyak"?

But the shoplots built by pkns jialat.......vacant for years lioa...earlier on it was vp issue....not sure now why still vacant.

Jati baiduri got many empty? Come on, it just get the vp two years only, 90% vacant I can said.

not enough population density / not enough foot fall, or more simply, very very few people stay there...

I think he mean 90% occupation rate. Corporate HQ office such as Top Glove, Kossan, Khind, Brick dotcom, Audi etc are already in the pipeline. Education such as The Penisular School @ Edu City, Medical Centre etc actually are are in the plan. Not to hurry as now economy are bad. We are not welcome factory to the area, do we?

This part of world still lack of population, residential units have to be strong enough to support the business. Not to forget we also have Eco Ardence business hub, be patient.
