i used to hand out in Bukit Beruntung and Lembah Beringin...many in their 60s and 70s still remember being lead to buy there....fantastic damage to thousands and thousands of personal balance sheet....remember the KLIA was supposed to be in the north...

thankfully SA is much much better than BB and LB however there are lessons to be learnt.

throw away comments like "are u lack in holding power" is idiotic when you put the same comments to those who bought in BB and LB. compound interest is working hard.

I wonder how come Bukit Beruntung now come into picture? this is out of topic as there is nothing similar in these 2 projects. No one force u to buy a apartment here, if you just depends on spoon feeding without doing your own homework, or just simply dump in money for the sake of getting handsome return while pray hard that GOD build a nice township to you, all I can say is.. i brought up Lembah Beringin and Bukit Beruntung because representation was made that KLIA was to be built in the north. It did not happen.

Similarly, Bandar Setia Alam had made representation on the commercial development. Its a lot slower than expected.

Putting no responsibility on the developer shows that you are probably on the side of the developer. Are you full time or part-time staff ?

There needs to be a certain balance between relying on your own homework and on the developer. Your bias is to push all to the individual which i think is wrong. That is the crux of the issue.

What so special about the commercial development compare to a KLIA?? there is no commercial development in other part of klang valley? We only have one KLIA that's made the different.

If someone told you Setia Alam will have a Disneyland then that will be completely different story.

slower than expected is still better than BB or LB right where there are kosong... totally kosong... if every development in msia can be develop according to timeline without any realistic discounting expectation... every investors in this world making significant profit already.... developer should bear the responsiblity... but they are not totally doing nothing to the extent of BB or LB.... blink.gif blink.gif
