if Edusentral classes are going to start in 2018, however looking at the scale of construction, i think it will easily go for 5 years....good luck to all the students there with the sound of piling, construction etc .....

on the lrt, i think have to take it with a bucket of salt. as the sales of property slow down, their claims get more and more outlandish....

Price starting from 320k before rebate. Rebate 7+3%. Psf starts from 590 and above.
Two rooms and 3 rooms concept, 1cp for two room and 2 cp for 3 rooms.
They are going to fit 2 rooms into 500sf. Lol!
Legal and S&P all absorbed by developer.
6 blocks with total 1700units. School ready by 2018, residential unit vp on 2019.

What u guys think?

I thot 1n1h move to jati / baiduri. Looks like 1n1h staff stay at Edusentral instead. Nearer n walking distance.

I thought selangorku apartments you cant rent out??????

I seriously doubt that the students parents have such foresight to buy for their children so that they can be educated in edusentral.

dont forget about there are 6 apartment develop by rumah selangor ku, 6 mid cost develop by SP setia,2-3 develop by sunsuria, Trefio,setia city resident, now adding in this 1800 unit..

at SA i think got around 20000 unit of these, without more job or any public transport at here, i wonder how to sell it off.
