I seriously doubt that the students parents have such foresight to buy for their children so that they can be educated in edusentral.

dont forget about there are 6 apartment develop by rumah selangor ku, 6 mid cost develop by SP setia,2-3 develop by sunsuria, Trefio,setia city resident, now adding in this 1800 unit..
at SA i think got around 20000 unit of these, without more job or any public transport at here, i wonder how to sell it off.

personally think DASH highway can attract those people that work at PJ or damansara move to SA north, coz it is not far, around 20 KM,acceptable.

same issue...Bandar Setia Alam needs more jobs !! more offices / factories / education hub etc...
keep on building apartments does NOT make sense...i really wonder who is the master planner for bandar setia alam...
just look at the empty shop houses and apartments at Jati Baiduri...

The show units also done up as resi units, but sales pitch saying for office use only. Cakap tak serupa. I think they just want to use the commercial land to build high density resi units for better margin.

The new international school shall have good demand but can't say the same for the apartments built on top. Think resi units in SA r still in demand, especially the affordable type, not those fancy serviced type.

Not enough jobs in SA....i remember those who bought Battersea London project got one trefoil unit free. Why? Because cannot sell the Trefoil units...
