you need to define the meaning of gated and guarded bcos the theme has been wrongly or loosely used mostly.

Then I am wrong... LOL it has anti-cut fencing even better than P11 in which we still dont know if it has anti-cut fencing or not. However, definitely P11 has the natural barrier as fencing....but I still prefer anti-cut fencint if stay in Malaysia.

LoL.... there is jogging track to balance back the fast food consumption. KFC is still better than mamak store as most of mamak store use almost expired foods from Txxxco, Gixxt and so on...supplied with cheap raw material price.

Likely not so fast, as the population at SP North still at the infant stage... likely when all the shop occupied and completion most of the precinct then only they will start up... if they start now.... close shop very fast either get robbed or no people at all....(hahahaha)

I believe the proposition of business in setia north (taipan and PKNS shoplots) will be relatively different from Eramas and Avenue.

Not so fast to achieve that. Become a lively neighborhood would require at least 5 years for this area and depending on when all the remaining properties such as P17, P11, rumah selangorku and PKNS will completely built up.
