Call again and ask billing to load up yr bill and explain to you the breakdown of your bill.You dont receive a bill that just have 1 line and states rm29x only rite ? .

Or you can post yr bill here , redact yr personal info , have ppl look at it and hopefully can explain to you.

Or you can just go down to tmpoint and ask em to explain.

I for one can't just accept " harga dia memang macam tu", no break down of any kind ? internet charge ? hppytv charge ? call charge ?.... 15 days to investigate what ? everything should be on the bill

Like I said Internet is RM 169-20 = 149 and HyppTV has no discount.
You can see actual price is RM 229, actually the RM 20 discount is from Internet and not HyppTV.

Internet is rm149 is you have promo diskaun, rm169 if you dont have promo for 30mb.

Jumbo is rm60.

So its either 149+60 = 209 or 169 + 60 = 229 b4 gst and + extra $$ if from calls if you dont have voice pack.

Installing Kodi is really easy, just go to play store and download or you can download the kodi apk on microsd card or usb and plug that into hypptv setup box and install

Sometimes play store works sometimes it doesn't
