I'm sing fm's stock router and gateway. How do i check snr margin? I logged in to my router page but found nothing.

I have also upgraded my streamyx to Unifi and the technician came to my house and installed it this afternoon. Why did they give a new phone number?

I've called TM cs to upgrade my Vip 5 to Unifi Adv 30mbps this afternoon. The person told me minimum 7 working days to upgrade my package. Is that person reliable though? 7 days? Do what? That long? How long does upgrade usually take?

Called 100 to upgrade my Vip 5 to Adv 30 last Friday and was told that they need 7 days to process my upgrade. Emailed help@tm.my and got a reply saying they have no record of my order and advised my to wait for 7 days as per advice from the staff from CS. But how is it possible that they don't even have a record of my request to upgrade?
P:S: If i walk in into any Tmpoint outlets to upgrade will they upgrade it right away? Or at least faster and efficient than 100? |

Finally upgraded from vip 5 to adv 30 went to tmpoint and got activated when i back home |

Hi all. Got a question here.
On the day of installation the technician skipped hypptv installation because I didn't have a TV at the time. Do you think I can go to TMPOINT and ask them for the STB? Because the technician didn't give it to me. |

I'm using stock router and getting full speed at 30mbps. Laptop, smartphone, tablet, every device gets full speed.
