Jz came back....SA are pretty helpful...parkhome 7c n 7d are nice , but layout wise prefer 7c...22x80 the master bedroom has a huge wardrobe and less a living hall on ground floor

For merrydale buyers shd take a look at 7a n 7b...SA giving close comparisons on 7a/7b which are similar to merrydale....plus minus a bit on room sizes

Coffee is quite nice smile.gif

I thought it would be a happening event at Mellowood show house. EW staff busy messaging with his mobile phone. No time to serve customer. Got ppl 'standby' to make coffee but waiting for salesperson instruction.

The parkhomes concept is impressive although the kitchen is very small. Big rooms on upper floor. Balcony to balcony distance too near. Less privacy.

The Light
Is freehold RM550 psft on island when launch.
http://www.propwall.my/the_light/the_light_collection_i

This one RM360 psft
http://www.propwall.my/the_light/the_light_linear/3400

If EMa can be something like this.
But, What is the psf price tag? Can it be same as The Light?
EMa on mainland leasehold.
EMa no need to reclaim land, foundation cost should be cheaper.

I guess what he trying to point out is Merrydale buyer can take a look of mellowood 7a & 7b conventional since Merrydale don't have a show unit.

Exactly! I guess we (Merrydale buyer) bought the unit intuitively since there is no show house available . Looking at actual Mellowood unit, which is comparable to Merrydale- feeling happy. Quite the way i've hoped for smile.gif
