I thought it would be a happening event at Mellowood show house. EW staff busy messaging with his mobile phone. No time to serve customer. Got ppl 'standby' to make coffee but waiting for salesperson instruction.

The parkhomes concept is impressive although the kitchen is very small. Big rooms on upper floor. Balcony to balcony distance too near. Less privacy.

Exactly! I guess we (Merrydale buyer) bought the unit intuitively since there is no show house available . Looking at actual Mellowood unit, which is comparable to Merrydale- feeling happy. Quite the way i've hoped for
