heard from an owner that Robertson airbnb koyak price wise. many units going as low as rm66 per night. a quick search will yield the results.

You sure bro? probably thats per room rate not entire unit la...most of the unit going for 150-250 per nite

Lagi Belum minus agent fee 20%-30%. And another Airbnb fee 3% to 5%. How much left... wahkaka ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

But some still very gangho and listen only can said rental up to rm250/night ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. Maybe they listen wrong currency.

not told by others one i just did some quick search last time when i was looking for airbnb... got one unit @150 per nite facing klcc view got half mth booking oso... but those near to 200 very less booking liao... nowadays the rental can cover portion of installment consider lucky ady better than leave it vacant

assuming 150 per night and 60% occupancy. after deducting fees and maintenance nett nett around 1.7k only.

A friend who is an airbnb operator is not going to manage robertzhai d. he said rate must throw rate very low to get demand. any subsales transaction so far??

The rate changes according to the dates and if you add on the number of guests, cleaning fee, service fee it is not that cheap after all.
