sorry what do you mean by the demand should increase aftter the completion of PNB118 and BBCC? you mean more expats/local will rent robertson and work in PNB and BBCC?

A study i read sometimes ago said that One person will need 500sq of living (and sleeping) space. If couple, 1000sq. any smaller than this, it will bring dishormonisation to the relationship.

thats why i asked Vector earlier if any of the so called couples stay together and play together for more than 2 years and any of them did buy from him the unit eventually??

If 500sqft/person, most condo at KL are not suitable for family(assuming family of 4 persons).

Unless u said airbnb can get 4k or 5k, else no point doing this.
