The early bird prices here mostly 900-1kpsf only. Rental in this pandemic period I still managed to get 2-2.5k with some skills . People who know nuts will bullshit anyhow. Some airbnb operator here still offer 1800 for the smallest unit despite no foreign tourists this pandemic period. Don't understand why airbnb operator prefer here rather than kampong attap..Surprised. 1800 for 500k low cost flat consider pretty bad in current market. Ya. LOL Anyway, all high rise in mly got its lifespan , don't fall in love with property. I got 1 bk jalil 700k flat rental only 2200, even worse.

Robertson GMBB mall seems like not doing well, it has turned to a Weekend Market & art exhibition. Weekend crowd still ok if got some events running there. Think they need to turn it to something like Publika or 163 retail park but in KL city.

Robertson mall... The GMBB really a big failure of the mall design.😑 Total 9 floors sempit and tall. Mini version of sogo mall could be🤷‍♂️

Shoplots looks like a gudang lot more than a retail shoplot in shopping mall.

Basically G floor to 3rd floor open for public... About 30-40% occupied.. Could be lower %. 4 to 8 floors die straight no shop open.💀... At 9 floors got some cool offices like share working space or digital marketing.

Hope more artistic retailers, exhibitors there can fill in the empty lot. Maybe like current 9th floors to setup more digital retail/marketing or share/co-working space environment at other floor only 🤷‍♂️
