Is the hospitality sector that bad in kl area. Heard a lot Airbnb even Nov and Dec this year not doing well

I once posted results of how low some asking airbnb rental is but some say they get much more.
even the top airbnb places in Klcc also struggling but not this bad. |

stayed there last weekend... surprisingly lots of tourist thou... judging from the light almost 60% of units were tenanted... lobby drop off area full of ppl at night
