Except the it mall by mara, apparently IT based mall at almost everywhere doing quite well, crowds wise.

Gamuda is good township builder....but they are not mall operator.... expect this Robertson Mall will struggle in future.

actually its not truth that Airbnb guests making homeowners lives hell.

with your description above, it also makes other well behalf Airbnb guests hell as well.

This is common issues for all the newly vp condo facing now, no matter mid to high end one also the same..cheapskates tenant, illegal short rent, throw cigarette butt rubbish everywhere, steal gym equipments like dumbbell, wear tudung sari in public toilet ohh should be public pool wink.gif dun buy condo, buy landed bruce.gif

Manyak ME guys in Malasiao stay for long term ler. Not all from short term.

If those jialat ME guys stay for short term then you so lucky onlyfew days and they will go off. And responsible host still can blacklisted them.

If they 1 or 2 years long term. You sibeh jiakaolat liao. Can tahan for 1 whole year Ini Macam jialat tenant? Even you blacklisted them also already 1 year liao.

buy so expensive ...but need to depend on BnB to survive... really bad investment choice

now rental minimum rm3k pm. sibeh hot rental demand. no need to rent out as airbnb. price market value around minimum rm500psf to rm600psf = already RM700K+ to RM900K liao. biggrin.gif

Most of gamuda dev won maintenance award. I don't worry Robertson wont fulfill maintenance like what Regxlia.
