Gamuda is good township builder....but they are not mall operator.... expect this Robertson Mall will struggle in future.

Manyak ME guys in Malasiao stay for long term ler. Not all from short term.

If those jialat ME guys stay for short term then you so lucky onlyfew days and they will go off. And responsible host still can blacklisted them.

If they 1 or 2 years long term. You sibeh jiakaolat liao. Can tahan for 1 whole year Ini Macam jialat tenant? Even you blacklisted them also already 1 year liao.

The worst part is Robertson moved in units 250 so far and almost 125 is belong to Bnb

buy so expensive ...but need to depend on BnB to survive... really bad investment choice

ok la my friend bought 615K get monthly rent to BnB 2800 per month and market value now 920k

still cannot fight with old kl city condo.... but bought manyak years lar.

long ago bought 280K 3rooms size macam 1500k+sf.
now rental minimum rm3k pm. sibeh hot rental demand. no need to rent out as airbnb. price market value around minimum rm500psf to rm600psf = already RM700K+ to RM900K liao.

with so many new small size condo mushrooming in kl city area, now old and big size unit in kl city manyak makan "harum".

old condo in kl city also sibeh stock shortage in market. also due to last time 1 development where got so much unit.. max about 150-300 units only.

of coz owner who hold long long ago now all can happy laugh laugh. new pipu want buy subsale old condo not so good deal liao. not much rental profit margin for them

Sibeh jialat then common facilities hard to maintain or need to always repair...if not later 1-2 years down a road become like Regxlia

Most of gamuda dev won maintenance award. I don't worry Robertson wont fulfill maintenance like what Regxlia.
