Ini Macam price very high n good. 3 bedrooms unit?
Manyak 1 beds or studio and even 2beds also hardly get this price.

Fullybook? Actually need to use 20days as benchmark.
Ini Macam also rm4K to 5k

1bed room . yes. this condo very famous now for airbnb business. many owners also change to airbnb operator. many bnb agencies also venture into here

lol tongue.gif where got so high oh? just check the price. average Rm150/night. some unit only RM80/night.

2 bedrooms 2 baths with superduper good design baru only RM250/night

now airbnb offer owner rm3k/month for 1bed unit, unless they dont look for profits.

visited robertzhai recently.. lobby underwhelming..facilities nice..saw a few angmoh for airbnb during daytime. long walk from lrt. nasty surroundings. for those phase 2 buyers truly overpriced project. for phase 1, good deal

phase1 buyer sell at phase2 price can earn 200-300k . LOL

Where got so good. If Minimum rm6000 pm for 1 bedr type, 1 night need rm200. And must fully booked. This kind of price already for 2 rooms type or above unit in kl city. Better check it yourself. Don’t listen listen and believe. I also know homestay biz especially the homestay market in kl city area. Now only certain size and type unit can do extremely very well in kl city. Definitely not those 1 or 2 rooms type. Wakaka.


Last 2-3 years ago before homestay go heat up in kl city area. 2 bedr type unit easily can hit almost 9.5k a month before deduct expenses. Now no more this kind of song already.

Plenty new development gonna flood to kl city. Mostly size n type also Macam Robertson.

not yet. Is base on June some unit fully booked rental rates.
surprising the unit really fully booked and some rental can hit rm250/nite. normal rate within 150-200

pipu who in this business and work in kl city. also know, now where got this amount.
especially for only 1 rooms or studio unit in kl. occasionally can hit rm3k already sibeh happy lor...but after commission cut ... maybe end up rm2k+ only or less.
if owner can get rm2k. sibeh syoik liao but rare lor. only 2 rooms above can hit above rm3k amount. if lucky rm4k-5k above also no problem.

so easy to do meh? now tribeca also ada (really short walking distance to pavilion 3mins walk only) and many new service apartment also up in kl city. also 1 rooms or 1+1 rooms, studio unit. if your unit is 1 room, 1+1 room or studio very competitive. coz it is fight die market category.

if you got 2rooms above, especially 3 rooms in kl, you are hitting jackport. happy happy sit down collect check only. tongue.gif
