Cant afford robertson tiiny one bedder? They are rumawip at pudu/bb area at 30% of the rprice and twice as spacious.

We are talking about house size in general because you said a person needs at least 500sf to live in harmony. So a family of 3 needs about 1500sf already. Even at 500psf, it will cost them 750k for the house. If let say they can sacrifice a bit & go for a 700sf house at the same area, it will only cost them 350k & the money saved can be used to make them more harmony & happier I guess.

500sq per person is for adults. children dun need 500sq per child.

to cramp 2 adults in 500sq space, to me personally is a big ask. for short term i can put up. for longer term, it will impact on relationship.

thats why i asked previously have any of the couples stayed beyond 2 yrs and some even offered to buy the place for own stay and the answer was positively NO.

ppl in HK Japan and Korea perhaps take many many years to perfect the art of living in the box. Do also read the 'happy' index of these countries. are people really happy there?

My opinion is 1 bed still the prefer choices for investment at city center as the amount is lower and rental still reasonable and better demand either airbnb, expats or young locals at this moment.

Imaging travel time and cost save living 20kms away. No one like to wakeup at 6am and reach home at 9pm Monday to Friday. You can see everyday so many cars from kajang or seremban or pj travel to kl city center. U think these majority people dont want to live nearby working place? Only pocket not deep la.

buy property walkable to MRT station.... your can reach all the destination what you want to go....


Robertson mayb will lost the sight once connectivity in Klang Valley is completed (MRT 1, 2, Cirle Line, HSR...etc)

Can I say maybe after the line completed. More business activities / regional office in kl city center rather cyberjaya/ bangsar/damansara/pj/subang/ manila/bangkok/singapore etc bcs better transport system & HSR connect singapore?

There is already a chat group in WhatsApp & Gamuda apps.
When you receive your keys, GL staffs will guide you to download & log in to their apps. The guidelines for tariff conversion is in the app.

Yeah I think you only can convert after vp because you have to use like a minimum of 1kwh before you are eligible to convert.

Do you know the date for the south tower buyers to get the keys?
