We are talking about house size in general because you said a person needs at least 500sf to live in harmony. So a family of 3 needs about 1500sf already. Even at 500psf, it will cost them 750k for the house. If let say they can sacrifice a bit & go for a 700sf house at the same area, it will only cost them 350k & the money saved can be used to make them more harmony & happier I guess.

Do also read the 'happy' index of these countries. are people really happy there?

My opinion is 1 bed still the prefer choices for investment at city center as the amount is lower and rental still reasonable and better demand either airbnb, expats or young locals at this moment.
Imaging travel time and cost save living 20kms away. No one like to wakeup at 6am and reach home at 9pm Monday to Friday. You can see everyday so many cars from kajang or seremban or pj travel to kl city center. U think these majority people dont want to live nearby working place? Only pocket not deep la.

Hi everyone,
I am South Tower buyer, still not VP but Gamuda send me a bill of RM1,220.00 for ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT.
May I know what is this? is it a must to pay them?
I just do not want to be water fish and let the management press without any knowledge.
any information will be appreciate

Thanks There is already a chat group in WhatsApp & Gamuda apps. When you receive your keys, GL staffs will guide you to download & log in to their apps. The guidelines for tariff conversion is in the app. Yeah I think you only can convert after vp because you have to use like a minimum of 1kwh before you are eligible to convert.
