Thank you, it made sense. I thought the reason to build those blocks first is more towards public relation. Those blocks are the most front, closer to showroom and by having front blocks erected higher will give better impression and confidence for visitors (although hiding behind are other much lower blocks). Just a thought. QUOTE(zippo_the_lighter @ Mar 5 2016, 02:38 PM) The construction of the POTPOURRI is using Modular formwork (like Lego), this method is more systematic, reusable and better quality. I'm guessing it's more cost effective for main contractor to build block A, B, C and G first, after these 4 blocks are done, they move the Modular formwork to block D, E, F, and H. No worry, block A, B, C and G are almost done, I'm guessing they will move to block D, E, F, and H very soon.

Really? I dont think so, block E and F were the first or second release back in May 2014. Much earlier than block A i think...any sifu/guru can verify? You work for IJM/SHC? Any insider news, is everything on plan or behind so far? QUOTE(satrianeo-x @ Mar 1 2016, 10:45 AM) block E F launched later mm mai later do loooo. Boss I only got so many workers, no gov ban workers come in how la u tell me.

QUOTE(Suarez23 @ Aug 1 2016, 01:58 AM) Potpourri and H20 are fighting who's going to VP first. Looks like Potpourri has completed far more ahead of H2o though the estimated scheduled completion date for H2o is months earlier than potpourri. H2o does look much simpler in terms of structure/engineering(no cantilever bridge unit/hanging deck) in comparison to Potpourri so it can pick up the pace at a much faster rate now after finishing the podium level? Just guessing

QUOTE(Suarez23 @ Oct 22 2016, 02:47 PM) I'm impressed with SHC their progress is really fast though! See Hoy Chan cash rich, IJM Construction experience enough. It's very good combination between client and main contractor. As subcontract for this job, I am quite impressed with their safety and quality control

QUOTE(Suarez23 @ Oct 22 2016, 02:47 PM) I'm impressed with SHC their progress is really fast though! well... SHC reputation on their small pocket developments was quite decent... combining their cash rich status... and proper product planning... eventhough they are selling premium products... but its all good and efficient....

Any buyer here care to explain why you'll choose Potpourri. It seems Are Dsara has a lot of choice to choose from.
