Can you please change your name of the group as this is confusing?

I meant to create for owners only. I can create one group in FB for owners only if many ppl agree. =)

As for the older Potpourri lowyat forum, I think it is "open" again. Should we go back to the older forum and close this? or stay here? or keep both open?

A simple process can be setup to verify owners/future tenants. Unit numbers & full names can be taken. This is not official so not very accurate but it serve its purpose.

Zippo the lighter, is your group public or closed?

It is only for units less than 1k sqft. Now, optional furnishing package is available for larger units.

Now they offer optional furnishing (price already included in the spa).
Go to the showroom to see the package (in photo of course). it is not as good as the showroom, only the basics.
