Any buyer here care to explain why you'll choose Potpourri. It seems Are Dsara has a lot of choice to choose from.

The fully furnished package is hassle-free, provided by prominent ID company i.e. Uptown Interior design, also basically what-you-see-is-what-you-get from showroom, and reasonably priced during the launched (not sure about now), it includes almost everything from interior design to furniture down to small detail like bedside table and bedside light. To me, SHC has managed to market this feature as a selling point which not many other devs could offer such complete package ie ID + furniture + electrical appliances etc

Yeah that too. Check out SHC existing development, the Uptown Residence, the Starling mall, Seringin Residence and their own subsidiaries in building management/M&E/facility etc, pretty all-rounder dev if you asked me...

Personally, it looks like a mess and too complicated, no finesse. But will only judge when it's completed biggrin.gif

went to the sales gallery yesterday.
the showrooms were actual units and they were not bad, especially the fully furnished units and the designed unit. we saw the partly furnished unit as well, that was not too bad as well.

Legit news? Though Citta mall isn't doing as well as they expected initially, but closing it down sounds like too drastic of a move.

Anyone who visited the showroom asked SA about the proposed link to Citta?

we viewed the fully furnished 974 sqft
partly furnished 1266 sqft
designed unit i think was around 1266 sqft or bigger

i think there were other units e.g. 700 plus and 800 plus sqft all fully furnished but we didn't view.
