Price starts from RM855psf before rebate

RM855 psf before rebate? Went to their showroom recently, Type E1 871sqft 4th floor on screen was RM904,800 worked out to be RM1k psf before rebate

Smaller sized units fetched higher PSF price ya..

Ridiculous pricing. Wonder who are the buyers.

It is the most expensive PSF condo in ara damansara after ara green in the area. I've been therewhen first launch. No rebates, no nothing. SA of shc is very chill. Heard SHC ada standard. Nice layout design I like.

Ara green looks like an office....

this is what happens when buyers buy overpriced properties.. the furnishing is worth more than 100k.. existing buyer who bot without furniture will lose big time esp in rental market.. i seen d furniture and its top notch.. will defo help in rental market..

Any developer who screws its earlier buyers is not a good developer. People will remember for it.

The full furnishing package option was offered to all buyers with a condition, i.e. have to decide upfront and pay 100% upfront. I think on the contrary, SHC is being fair to all buyers as many opted for it and paid upfront. If exceptions are made to the rule and buyers can now wait to decide and pay later it wont be fair to those who decided and parted with their cash upfront.

Yea furnishing is really good.
God that they don't offer free if not bank sure say minus pulak. Now it's proven buyer paid for it hahah.

I thought Potpourri psf wise more ex than ara green.

Yes. My bad

During my time, it was only offered to buyers of the small units, not the larger units.
I wouldn't consider that as "all buyers".

Sorry I wasn't aware, and I was one of the early buyers as well. During my time, they charged the same furnishing package price for both large and small units. The designs match the show units at the sales gallery. Buyers of larger units benefited most as they got a LOT more for the furnishing package paid.
